I did my first buyer magnet event. It was unbelievable. I held it last Thursday and had between 30 to 50 people. I was able to get 8 buyer prospects which I have on a buyer campaign now. Plus 2 prospects interested in writing an offer on the home I held the event at. I have to admit I was not looking forward to the Thursday open house thinking it would be dead, but I wanted to get comfortable with the program thinking it would be slow. Boy was I shocked!
